This is something I created back in 8th grade. You all remember it, I'm sure.

THE FRIEND FEILD GUIDE
(How to identify the class of 2011)
Book 1: HOW TO IDENTIFY A GEOFF SCHUMACHER
The field of Geoffology is a very interesting sub-culture of science that many new biologists have decided to take up for a living. In this new study, the main focus is on the animal, Homo Geoffrey Shumacharia Sapien, or for short, the Geoff Schumacher.
This mammalian biped has only recently been taken up as a scientific intrest, and in the guide below, the reasons why will be made clear. The guide will explain the history of the Geoff Schumacher, evolutionary changes, behaviors and psychology, Geoff-watching and exiting new careers in the feild of Geoffology.
I. THE GEOFF SCHUMACHER
The Geoff Schumacher is a nocternal being, meaning most of it's activity occurs after dark. It's appearance consists of a long, rectangular figure. It has long limbs and strong legs. The hind legs are covered with a well-coated layer of fur, giving them heat in the long winter months. The forelegs are long and veiny, giving them better acess to blood and oxygen supply to the muscles. The feet are long, bony and also, very veiny, but it increases the Geoff Schumacher's agility. It is a plains animal, so agitity, speed and strength are key elements in it's survival.
Atop the head is a long, furry crest. The specific purpose of the crest is, as of yet, unknown. some scientists argue that it is used to attract mates, while others will say it's a form of showing dominance. However, the most common theory is that the crest's purpose wasn't a purpose at all; just a neglect to comb.
II. BEHAVIOR
The Geoff Schumacher is a carnivorious being. It feeds on other plain-dwelling mammals, but if food is scarse, it may dissapear into the dark, heavily wooded areas to search for either tree-dwelling mammals, like the Nolan LaRocque, or large, sub-terranian burrowing creatures, like the Kyle Sexton.
The Geoff Schumacher is a gregarious animal. It likes to live in packs, but prefers to hunt alone. Though it will actually kill by itself, it generally appreciates an audiance.
III. HISTORY
The first recorded sighting of the Geoff Schumacher was in early August, 1992. A man was studing a pack of wild Andrew Strumness, when his eye caught something wandering in the nearby brushes. He got a closer look and saw a beautiful animal lying on it's back beneath a small tree. The Geoff Schumacher had been discovered.
Later fossil records indicated that the Geoff Schumacher was related to an earlier form of Schumacher species, the Homo Michaelus Schumacharia Sapien or, the Mike Schumacher. It evolved sometime in the late Gen-X period.
In the early 1990's, the Geoff Schumacher was nearly hunted to extinction because the furry crest was used for women's hat fashions. An Anti-Geoff Schumacher Hunting act was put out to preserve the pecies, and now they are alive to this day.
I'll write more later. I gotta leave.
