After that incident Amadeus had only more reason to hurry to the 172nd floor for Practical Magic with Mr. Ornry. He had finally reached the floor to see that the class had already started. Embarassed to just walk in, he decided to cloak himself with an invisibility spell first, despite not being very good at the spell yet. "Surrepticus Invisra" he recited.
"When I was your age," the spirit nagged, "We would lose an arm or leg for being late for class! You youngins' get let off far to easily these days. *mumble mumble*"
Irked, but focused nonetheless, Amadeus walked into the classroom, hoping not to disturb anyone. He sat in a seat way towards the back.
"A thinly-veiled sin is worse than an accidental mistake for which responsibility has been fully taken," Mr. Orny looked displeased as he angrily glanced at the seat Amadeus was at.
"Surrepticus Recall!" he dispelled.
Amadeus' spirit chuckled, "And you deserve it too, kid."

His eyes widened, and his maw gaped. "What a--" Amadeus' thought was interrupted.
"You are aware of the punishment for being tardy for class Mr.." Mr. Ornry hesitated, " I'm sorry, what was your name again?"
Regaining his composure, Amadeus replied "Rousseaul. Amadeus Rousseaul."
"Well Mr. Rousseaul, you know now that a spirit will begin using your soul as it's new living quarters for the next 24 hours?"
"That's what I hear." Directly after Amadeus' comment a new spirit descended into his mind.
"Hey how are ya'?" The new spirit greeted. "Huh? Another young'in?" The old spirited responed. "Hey man, you in here too? Kinda empty, huh?" "Oh flabbagatzit I lost the remote again." "Huh?"
Amadeus sighed. "Great, now they can have conversations."
Mr. Ornry collected the class's attention back to the lesson, "Now we'll get back to teaching the new spell. It's called 'Agito Momentum'. This will move objects from one place to another, although beginners such as yourselves will only be able to move small objects. Now I'll need a volunteer to.."
Most of the students in the class raised their hands, fully willing to do whatever Mr. Ornry was about to ask. Amadeus mocked them under his breath, "Such enthusiasm is worthless," he said.
Mr. Ornry looked back and forth at all the students, then rested his eyes on Rousseaul. "Ah, Amadeus, would you come up and demonstrate this for me?"
Amadeus was disgusted. Ornry called on him just because he knew that Amadeus didn't hear the lesson about the spell. He called him up just to humiliate him.
"Ah good." Mr. Orny announced. "Now that you're up here, do what I told you before whilst pronouncing the cantation "Agito Momentum".
Amadeus almost let out a smirk. "How will they react?" he wondered. He touched his pinkies with his thumbs, just as he had learned in Sceleris Terra Adustum, then pointed at Mr. Ornry's desk with his three remaining fingers.
"Agito Momentum!" he shouted, causing the desk to fly eraticly around the room, only to return to it's starting position unharmed. All of the objects on the desk, the papers and pencil all remained exactly where they were before the desk moved.
In utter surprise, the classroom let out a huge gasp. Mr. Ornry, too, was taken back. "W-w-what the hell did you do, kid? There's no way you could've know how to perform that spell, nonetheless pick up something that heavy! You must have cheated somehow."
"Mr. Ornry, I simply--"
"I don't need any excuses!" Mr. Ornry interrupted Amadeus, "Why don't you go to the headmaster's office and tell him how you did this."
Amadeus nearly shouted before he stopped himself and regained his composure. "It's too bad we had to have such a bad first impression of eachother," he said.
"GET OUT!" Mr. Ornry demandedly shouted.

"Mr. Lionheart, please try to stay concious for the whole class," Mr. Lamengo told Lucius. Lucius couldn't help being tired after exhausting the greater supply of his mana in his offensive summoning of Aquaria. In retrospect, I didn't really need that much force Lucius pondered. "Too much force for what, Mr. Lionheart?" Lamengo asked him.
"Nothing. Nothing at all," Lucius replied. The class went on with a review of the various things the class had learned the previous year. Basic healing draughts and mana restorers. Mana restorers, genious! Lucius thought. And what, might I ask is genious? Aquaria asked. Chugging several of those before using an offensive summoning of you Lucius thought back.
"Mr. Lionheart, would you please demonstrate the technique for making a healing draught?" the teacher asked him.
"But of course," Lucius replied. He went up to the lab at the front of class and deftly began mixing the materials together with the mortar and pestle. Before long, he had condensed the ingredieents into a thick muck, which he then proceeded to add water too. He stirred the result, and added the final ingredient, blood. He poured the mixture into a bottle and said the finalization incantation. "Terrestus et," he muttered. Sooner than later, Lucius had completed the draught.
"Very good, Mr. Lionheart, and here I was think that you didn't pay attention at all," Lamengo told him. I can feel negative emotion in the room. Lucius, your classmates don't seem to enjoy your correct potion, especially one of them Aquaria expounded. Then this might get out of hand Lucius replied. He hoped that it wouldn't come to violence.

One student stood up, a furious look on his face. "There is no way he could have made something that good, he's a worthless pile of snow wolf feces!" the student shouted. Grand, it's that idiot Lucius thought. Please explain Aquaria said curiously. This piece of trash is Franklin Delfiscus Metterill, king of the bullies. All of the school bullies look up to him for his extreme violence. I have made him look like a fool too many times to count Lucius explained.
"Do you have a problem with me?" Lucius asked calmly.
"Of course, you think your so perfect and your really just a pompous ass!" Franklin shouted.
"Enough of that," Mr. Lamengo said calmly.
"No, it's not enough of that, Mr. Lamengo! It's high time I put this fool into his place! Lucius I challenge you to a duel, right now!" Franklin raged.
"Only if Lamengo says it is alright," Lucius replied, maintaining his composure.
"If you must, it is the quickest route to solve this," Mr. Lamengo replied.
Lucius rose to face off with Franklin, but his mana expenditure gave away his bluff. He was nearly powerless to fight. Franklin began reciting an incantation, and it just happened to be one Lucius knew. This made it a perfect time to strike. Lucius said the same incantation backwards, creating a perfect counterspell. All the mana that Franklin was about use in his speel went directly to his opponent.
"That's enough you holier-than-thou fool, this ends here!" Aquarias's voice boomed. Suddenly, the spirit materialized in front of her contract-bearer. The sudden appearence frightened most of the class, even Franklin. This gave Aquaria an opening. Summoning her blade of water, she dashed forward and struck the bully king through the heart. this strike drained him of his mana, and Aquaria funneled it back to Lucius who rose up to his former ability. Skipping an incantation, Lucius made cresent in the air with his pointer and middle fingers. Pointing them towards his foe, Lucius said the name of his spell under his breath, Lightning Wave. A cresent moon of purple electricity struck Franklin. Lucius then slashed with his fingers multiple times, creating a wave each time. The assault was too much for Franklin, and he went down.
"The winner, Lucius!" Lamengo exclaimed. The whole class broke into cheers.
"Thank you Aquaria," Lucius said gratefully.
"That was really quite stupid," Aquaria said as she hugged him.

Amadeus left the classroom, thouroughly disgusted in Mr. Ornry's lack of proper judgement.
"We would be shackled by our eyelids for days on end for that kind of act, in my day." The annoying spirit inexorably nagged.
Amadeus was finally tired of it, he decided that enough is enough. Skipping past Elrosdorf's office on the 499th floor, Amadeus ran back to his dorm. There, he locked the door, and brought out his faithful old paintbrush. With imagination in hand, he began painting on a blank canvas he had already set up.

The class looked on in awe just as the bell rang. Lucius got up and went to his next class, Practical Magic II with Mr. Ornery. Lucius prepared for the worst. Ornery was an evil teacher in his opinion. He believed Ornery, was only working at the academy to get rich, and that he didn't really care about his students.
Lucius headed into the room, and found Ornery fuming. He did the wise thing and just took his spot. "When I was your age, insubordination was punished by having one's body eletrocuted until they were unconcius, not that you kids would know anything about pain or trouble with your pampered lives........" Mr. Ornery ranted. One student made the mistake of asking why he was angry. The result was a flurry of insults and an explanation of how some student had cheated. Lucius knew better than to ask who it was. The rest of the class was filled with Mr. Ornery ranting about "the day." Lucius hurried to lunch. He went up to get his favorite lunch from the buffet. Scones, hellbird meat, and rice and pasta with cheese. He went to find Amadeus, but didn't see him. He sat down at the same table he alwas sat at witht he same people he sat with always sat with; Mina Hindisha the Intian student, Frederic de Claston the "Beautiful Prince" as he was called, and Helen Glasglam the Princess of Czarpeach. One would think that these three would have people begging to hang around with them, but most believed that they were "strange." Today was different however, because Elise decided to sit with the quartet. "Did you hear about the student who Mr. Ornery sent to the office? I heard he never went to the office." Elise told them. "What was his name?" Lucius asked her. he remained as clam as possible, even though he hated her. "Ama...something along those lines," Elise answered. Lucius knew who it was. It's Amadeus, I think Lucius thought. It's a good thing I saw his room location on his keychain when I gave it to him Lucius pondered. Lucius got up, and told his group, "I'll be back in a bit." He hurried up to Amadeus' room and knocked on the door.
"Amadeus, it's Lucius I know your in there, please open the door."
