Ok, this is another one of those Omega survival stories.
One time, my family and I went to a farm, and I was playing around in the mud and I fell into a hole filled with slimy sticky sucky mud... and I stuck there.
when my dad finally pulled me out, I was missing a boot, (the mud swallowed it) and I was terribly gloppy.
I've had alot of near-death experiances, and that's sorta... well... the one I could remember right now.

That's nothing! Up in the boundry waters last summer (I can't remember if it was the June trip or the August trip, Oh wait, I remember now it was the August trip) my dad, brother, and me were portaging, and when we rowed ashore (yes, we have to row our canoes, but that's not the point) we noticed it was muddy. I was stepping off our canoe when something like this happened:
"Looks a bit muddy."
"It doesn't look that bad."
And at that moment, I took one step out of the canoe (my body was still in the canoe, this was just with one step with one leg, the rest of my body was in the canoe), and my leg sunk straight up to my knee. MY KNEE!!!!
We had to through mud up to our KNEES and drag our canoe on top of the mud for at least another..........I can't even remember how long. Point being. WE HAD TO TREAD MUD AT KNEE LEVEL, WHILE DRAGGING OUR CANOE, A FAIR DISTANCE JUST TO GET TO SOLID LAND!!!!!!!
Now THAT was terrible.

You poor bastard. ;D That made my day. But my issue wasn't the actuall danger level. Just the mental perspective. Can you imagine being 4 years old, being immersed in a wallow of mud up to your waist and not being able to move? It was pretty terrifying. But still, yours was indeed more life threatening.

I lost my favorite boot too. It was red and squeaked when you walked. Waaaaaaah!

1. I get your point. 2. I'm sure you're over it by now.

I can't think of any near death experiences either. I have many injuries experiences, but none of them were anywhere close to near death.

I have very few injury experiences. I can only remember one off the top of my head.

What would that be? I could name a dozen off the top of my head (stabbing myself with a buck knife...breaking my collar bone...getting run over by a car...the list goes on)

The only serious injury I've ever suffered was my broken arm in Kindergarten. Unless you count how I met the wall during gym last year.

My dad did the same exact thing you did, Eli. Except, he still has his scars.

Did you just meet him because he HAD the cast on? Like, you felt sorry for him?

No, because we both liked the show "Beast Wars", and probably some other things.
